Our adventure begins opposite the Colliefields Saloon Bar on the refurbished 1913 footbridge on Throssell Street.
There, we will unveil the rail heritage stories before indulging in some delightful Western Australian cheese's at THE COLLIE PROVIDORE. Showcasing 1900s buildings as we progress onto the VICTORIA HOTEL for our first taste of the local brew & delve into its historical significance and architecture. A short walk with more culinary delights at the CROWN HOTEL where the tour concludes.

Craft Beer Tastings: Immerse yourself in the flavours of Collie with a tasting from Brew42. You will receive a tasting of two of their signature brews (that are currently available at the venue):
Red Tale: Irish Smooth Cream Style, named after the Red-Tail Cockatoo endemic to the southwest region.
Trains and Trails Irish Cream Stout: With hints of Coffee and Chocolate, paying homage to an old nearby locality and railway siding.
Bucks Bitter: Pale Ale Lager Australian Style, named after the township of Buckingham, colloquially known as Bucks'.
